Processing & Delivery Time

Orders placed before 12:00 (noon) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day. Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days, depending on the destination country.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs 8 €. We offer free shipping on all orders above 120 €.

Return costs

The cost of using our return label depends on your location:
Austria, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Netherlands: 8 €
Poland, Finland, France: 10 €
Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Czech Republic, Estonia: 12 €
Latvia, Lithuania, Ireland: 20 €: 

If you keep one or more pairs of shoes, using our return label is free of charge.
If you return your entire order, the return cost will automatically be deducted from your refund.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please place a new order via our website and return the item(s) you wish to exchange.
