ANGULUS REPAIR SERVICE

We want your ANGULUS shoes to last as long as possible. That's why we offer ANGULUS REPAIR SERVICE. We repair your shoes free of charge within first steps two years.

ANGULUS are quality shoes made from natural materials that last a long time and are constructed in a way that allows for easy repair if they get damaged.

This could be the sole coming loose, a button falling off, or a stitch acting up. These are often easy to repair, and we can help you with that.

How does the repair work?

Repairs are carried out by our regular cobbler, or you can go to your own cobbler and have the costs covered by us. We are also happy to provide spare parts that you can bring to your local cobbler if you wish.

Repairs with us typically take 1-2 weeks.

WHAT CAN I HAVE REPAIRED?

We do what we can, but unfortunately not everything can be repaired. The most common repairs are:

✔️ Gluing of the sole.

✔️ Loose stitching in the sole.

✔️ Replacement of lace eyelets and hooks.

✔️ Stitching.

✔️ Broken elastic on the buckle.

✔️ Replacement of buckles, snap fasteners and rivets.

✔️ Zipper stops and pulls.

If there is a defect in the shoe that is covered by a warranty claim and cannot be repaired, we will of course offer the option to exchange the shoe for a new one or a full refund.

We cannot repair damage caused by wear or lack of care. Likewise, scratches on leather, lacquered leather, pony hair, glitter, and embroidery cannot be repaired.

If there is a manufacturing defect on the shoe that falls within the right to make a claim and cannot be repaired, we will of course offer the option to exchange the shoe for a new one or provide a refund.

HOW TO USE THE ANGULUS REPAIR SERVICE

If you purchased your shoe on angulus.dk, please send an email to webshop@angulus.dk with photos of what needs to be repaired and the order number/receipt for the purchase.

If you bought the shoe from one of our retailers, please contact them. They will guide you further – this applies to both physical stores
and webshops.

If the shoe can be repaired, you can choose to go to your nearest cobbler. If we have approved the repair, we will cover your costs for this.

We can also send you a shipping label so you can easily and free of charge send your shoes directly to our cobbler. After the repair we will send the shoes back to you.

PROTECT YOUR SHOES DURING TRANSPORT

Pack your shoes well when you send them in for repair to avoid damage during transport.

If you have the original shoe box and packaging, it's best to use them. If not, we recommend packing the shoes separately – for example in individual fabric bags – to avoid rubbing during shipment. The shoes should always be sent in a cardboard box or other packaging that prevents impact damage during transit.

We ensure that the shoes are returned safely and protected after repair.

CARE: TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOUR SHOES

Shoes stay looking great longer when they are cared for regularly. It doesn't have to take long, and the results can clearly be seen and felt.

With daily use, it's a good idea to care for your shoes about every 14 days. weather conditions also affect how often it's necessary—especially if the shoes are exposed to rain and snow.
