ANGULUS REPAIR SERVICE
We want your ANGULUS shoes to last as long as possible. That is why we offer the ANGULUS REPAIR SERVICE. We repair your shoes free of charge within the first two years.
ANGULUS are quality shoes made from natural materials that last a long time and are constructed in a way that allows good repair options if they should become damaged.
This could be the sole coming loose, a button that falls off, or a difficult seam. These issues are often easy to repair, and we will help you with that.
How does the repair process work?
Repairs are carried out by our regular cobbler, or you can go to your own cobbler and have the costs covered by us. We are also happy to supply spare parts that you can take to your local cobbler if you wish.
Within the first two years, we offer free repairs for damages covered by the ANGULUS REPAIR SERVICE - see more below.
Repairs with us typically take 1-2 weeks.

WHAT CAN I GET REPAIRED?
We do what we can, but unfortunately not everything can be repaired. The most common repairs are:
✔️ Gluing of the sole.
✔️ Detached stitching in the sole.
✔️ Replacement of eyelets and hooks.
✔️ Stitching.
✔️ Broken elastic on a buckle.
✔️ Replacement of buckles, snaps and rivets.
✔️ Zipper stops and pulls.
If there is a defect in the shoe that is covered by warranty and cannot be repaired, we will of course offer an exchange for a new pair or a refund.
We cannot repair damage caused by wear or lack of care. Likewise, scratches on leather, patent leather, pony hair, glitter and embroidery cannot be repaired.
If there is a manufacturing fault in the shoe that falls within the right to complain and cannot be repaired, we will of course offer an exchange for a new pair or a refund.
HOW TO USE ANGULUS REPAIR SERVICE
If you purchased your shoes on angulus.dk, please send an email to webshop@angulus.dk with photos of what needs repairing and your order number/receipt.
If you bought the shoes from one of our retailers, please contact them. They will guide you further – this applies to both physical stores and webshops.
If the shoe can be repaired you can choose to go to your nearest cobbler. Provided we have approved the repair, we will cover your expenses for this.
We can also send you a shipping label so you can easily and free of charge send your shoes directly to our cobbler. After repair we will return the shoes to you.
PROTECT YOUR SHOES DURING TRANSPORT
Pack your shoes well when sending them in for repair to avoid damage during transport.
If you have the original shoebox and packaging, it is best to use it. If not, we recommend packing the shoes separately – for example in individual cloth bags – to avoid rubbing during shipment. The shoes should always be sent in a cardboard box or other packaging that prevents impact damage during transit.
We make sure the shoes are returned safely and protected after repair.
CARE: TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOUR SHOES
Shoes stay looking good longer when cared for regularly. It doesn't have to take long, and the result is easy to see and feel.
With daily use, it's a good idea to care for your shoes approximately every 14 days. Weather conditions also affect how often this is necessary - especially if the shoes are exposed to rain and snow.
