Refund policy
Easy return
If you wish to return your item(s), you should return within 100 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original shoe boxes, unused, and without any signs of wear.
Fill out the return form and include it in the parcel.
DHL (Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and Austria only)
A return label is enclosed in the shipment. Drop off your parcel at a DHL parcel shop (find the nearest at www.dhl.com).
GLS (other countries)

Drop off your parcel at a GLS parcel shop (find the nearest at https://gls-group.eu).
Return shipping fees
If you keep one or more pairs of shoes from your order, you can use our return label free of charge.
If you return your entire order, the applicable return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund according to your country of residence:
- Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Sweden, The Netherlands: €8
- Finland, France, Poland: €10
- Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain: €12
- Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania: €20
Once we have received your return, your refund will be credited to your original payment method as soon as possible and no later than 10 business days after receipt of your return.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item to another size or shoe, please place a new order on the website and return the items you wish to exchange.
