First steps shoe

When your child has taken their first tentative steps, it is time to buy their first shoes. Since feet and muscles need to be sufficiently developed, we recommend purchasing shoes with a firm heel counter only once the child can take 5-10 independent steps.

For the smallest we recommend 0.8 - 1.2 cm, as it is important that they receive optimal support. ANGULUS prewalkers and toddler shoes are developed with a focus on light, flexible soles and a firm heel counter that ensures optimal support.

For most kids it will feel strange to put shoes on for first steps time – and precisely for that reason it is important to choose the right model and size.
Most choose a prewalker or toddler shoe to get a firm heel counter as well as a light and flexible sole. This type of shoe can be chosen up to size 25, if you want a shoe with good support and stability.

If you need help finding the right model and size, we recommend that you visit one of our skilled retailers to get professional guidance.
