Smaller footprint, one step at a time

At ANGULUS we work to promote lifelong foot health as the foundation for a healthy, active and joyful life. We do this by creating footwear that supports healthy feet, manufactured with care for both people and the environment.

In our 2025 sustainability report we share the progress, challenges and valuable lessons we have learned over the past year. We are proud to have reduced our CO2 emissions by 10% since last year and of the progress we have made in our material strategy.

However, in many ways it has also been a year of major obstacles along the way, which has underlined our deep dependence on collaboration across our value chain. It has highlighted the urgent need to invest in partnerships that strengthen our collective influence for a more sustainable shoe industry.

We are a small player in a large industry and cannot create the necessary changes alone. To strengthen our efforts we have become a member of the Leather Working Group and actively participate in research projects aimed at extending product lifespans in the fashion industry.

The past year has also tested our resilience on the sales side. In a time of rising production costs in Europe and waning political support for sustainability, we face significant challenges. This has sharpened our focus on our unique value proposition and prompted reflection on what a pair of ANGULUS shoes should contribute to the world. We have streamlined our collections and reaffirmed our focus on quality over quantity.
