Quality footwear founded in Denmark in 1904

ANGULUS has existed for more than 115 years, since 1904, when we started with a small shoemaker in Copenhagen. Since then we have grown a lot, but the company's principle remains the same – to create good footwear that cares for our feet. Our vision that shoes should be a pleasure to the eye and comfortable to walk in began already back in 1904, when we wanted to move away from the very pointy and uncomfortable shoes kids used to run around in.

Our founders' idea was that the shoes should be shaped after the foot, and that they should support the foot and be comfortable. And these are the values we start from today when we design ANGULUS footwear. All our shoes are designed in Denmark by a team of talented designers, after which the final drawing is sent to Portugal. There all shoes, boots and sandals are handcrafted at our own family-owned factory, delivering footwear of the highest quality to customers around the world.

We keep the environment and future generations in mind

We continuously try to think and act as green as possible, because we want to do our part to protect the environment as much as possible and consider future generations. Therefore we have implemented several different green initiatives in our manufacturing process.

First of all, all our shoes, boots, sandals and indoor shoes are made to last. The carefully selected materials are of the highest quality, and our skilled Portuguese shoemakers truly know their craft, so the finished product is of the highest possible quality. ANGULUS shoes are made from natural leather from European tanneries, free from harmful substances in accordance with Danish legislation. Crepe rubber for the soles is tapped from CO2-absorbing rubber trees.
