Terms and Conditions
Angulus.dk is owned and is the trading name of ATC Footwear A/S, Business reg. no. (CVR) 20522615 (hereafter known as ATC), Tvedvangen 278, 2730 Herlev, Denmark. Tel: 0045 44 92 87 61 (office hours: mon-thurs 9am-3pm and friday 10am-2pm) or via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Unless otherwise stated, these trading, sales and delivery terms and conditions refer to the purchase of products from angulus.dk for delivery in Denmark, but not Greenland or the Faroe Islands.
All prices on the website are inclusive VAT
All prices on the website include all taxes, duties etc.
Agreements in relation to our website can be made in the following languages: Danish, English.
Angulus.dk is open 24 hours a day, so you can almost always buy our products. However, on occasion the website may be closed for maintenance. It is only possible to buy products when the shop is open and can be accessed.
To shop on angulus.dk you must be 18 years of age or over and have a valid payment card that we accept. If you are under 18, you can still purchase goods as long as you have your parent or guardian’s consent or have the legal right to shop online.
Choose the items you wish to purchase and put them in your “shopping cart”. You can change the contents of your cart at anytime until you are ready to order. You can also always check the content and prices of the items.
Any extra payments for delivery, payment card charges etc., will be calculated before you are ready to pay.
When you are ready to order, click “Pay”, enter your name, address, email, telephone number and payment form. You can also choose the method of delivery.
You can change the content of your shopping cart at any time right up to when you are ready to click “Confirm order” and then “Pay by EPay”, after which your order goes straight to angulus.dk.
When you have ordered an item from us, you will receive a receipt, which is also confirmation of your purchase.

There is no charge for card payments. We will only take payment once you order has been dispatched.
Your goods will be dispatched from our warehouse within three working days as a single delivery. Please note that goods are available subject to availability and some items may be sold out at the time of ordering.
5. RETURNED ITEMS
If you regret your purchase you can return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in the same condition as when they were purchased. When you receive your purchase you must treat the goods responsibly, check that they are the correct items and are the correct size. Shoes should be tried on and you should walk a few steps indoors in them.
If you should still wish to return your item(s), you should let us know within 14 days of delivery. Please fill out the returnform and return it together with your item(s) to our returnaddress.
If you are returning all your purchases, we will refund the entire amount, including the primary transport cost. (ex. return costs) (cf. Section 21 (2) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act).
When we receive the goods, we will check them thoroughly and you will receive the full amount of your purchase within 14 days. Please note, however, that with credit card payments, it may take up to 45 days for the amount to appear on your bank account.
The amount is always transferred to the method of payment, e.g.: if you paid by card, it will always be repaid to the same card used for the purchase.
Please Note: You may lose all or part of the purchase amount if the goods are returned damaged to angulus.dk because:
- you have been using the item(s)
- the item was damaged while it has been in your care
- you have used the item for a purpose for which it is not intended
- you must complete and include the return slip with the item, as well as a copy of the invoice. You will need to pay the cost of returning the item(s)

As a Danish consumer, you have a 2-year guarantee period during which you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in price, depending on the situation. This assumes that the claim against the guarantee is valid. It is, however conditioned of the guarantee that the damage to the goods is not due to misuse of the product or other causes of damage. The claim must be made within a reasonable period after you have discovered the damage. Two months after the damage has occured is normally seen as a reasonable period. If the claim is considered valid, we will refund all reasonable costs incurred in returning the product.
If you wish to make a claim under the guarantee, the product must be returned to the following address:

When you return and item(s), please give as much information as possible about the problem. This helps our case management and minimises administration time.
Refund of reasonable postage costs with valid claims
If your claim is considered valid, we will naturally refund your postage costs within reason. If your claim is considered unfounded, you will have to pay all postage costs yourself. Angulus.dk may also charge up to DKK 100 for dealing with your complaint.
Please ensure that the returned goods are carefully packaged and get a proof of postage receipt. Remember that you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us so keep your proof of postage somewhere safe so you can track the parcel if necessary.
Please note that we do not accept and will not pay for parcels returned COD
7. PERSONAL DATA POLICY

To shop on angulus.dk you are asked to provide your
- Email address
- Telephone/mobile number
The above information, including other information on your purchases, will be kept for 5 years from the year in which you make your purchase, in accordance with Section 10 of the Danish Bookkeeping Act, after which the information is deleted.
However, if you have a login to the webshop, your personal information and order history will not be deleted unless you request it.
The information is not passed on or sold to any third party unless this is part of a restructuring process or whole or partial sale of the company. If this is necessary at any time, it will be done in complete compliance with all applicable personal data legislation.
As a customer, you may ask to see what data we hold on you at any time and you may object to the inclusion of certain datain accordance with the applicable legislation on the administration of personal data by contacting the department responsible for personal data (see above).
8. COOKIES POLICY
‘Cookies’ are small text files that register a user’s activity on a network (on the user’s hard drive). The server (e.g. a website) then recognises the user next time the website is visited. There is no personal information stored in a cookie, only information related to the website, e.g. user name at login to a particular section of the website. Cookies are stored on the user’s hard drive along with cached files.
If you do not wish to accept cookies, you can adjust your browser to reject them automatically or inform you every time a website asks you to accept cookies. Use the Help function in your browser for more information.
In Internet Explorer 5.X, cookies can be deleted under the menu “Functions” -> “Internet Settings” -> “Delete cookies”.
You can choose whether to receive our newsletter (email advertising). The newsletter contains information on the company and its products, special offers etc. You will only receive the newsletter if you request it.
10. LEGAL INFORMATION
Purchases in angukus.dk are subject to Danish law. All disputes are to be resolved in a Danish court of law.
