Complaint

We are very sorry if there may be a defect on your shoes.

If you experience a defect or deficiency of your ANGULUS shoes, you must complain to the store where you bought the shoes cf. the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This also applies if the shoes are purchased in the ANGULUS stores in Copenhagen.

As a consumer, you have the right of complaint for 24 months. If your complaint is justified, you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

The right of complaint covers manufacturing defects. Complaints do not cover if it is caused by incorrect treatment of the product or normal wear and tear.

 

Complaints about products purchased on ANGULUS.dk

For us to process your complaint most easily, please send an email to us at: webshop@angulus.dk. Describe the problem and send pictures showing the defect/deficiency and your order number. Unfortunately – cf. above – we can only process complaints purchased on angulus.dk.

We will contact you as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 business days after we have received your complaint. Often, we will ask for the shoes to be sent to our head office. Either for repair, exchange, or assessment if we are in doubt whether it is a complaint. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your shipping costs.
